Well, call me smug, but I'm tickled to see the mighty Greenback take a snowslide from the Great White North. Yup, as I type, the Canadian Loonie is stronger than the Yanky-Doodle dollar!
Last time this was the case was in the year Elvis left us...1977. So there we are.
What's it mean?
What's it matter?
Who cares...?
I don't. Because, as the American dollar states...IN GOD I TRUST...not currency!
But I'm still gloating....

'bout time Spoke gets back in the raving business. But, who am I to talk? My words are come few and far betwixt.
Now I takes unbrage with Pondering Pig. Huzzah for everyone, even the commies. Starting to sound like the end of Blazing Saddles... "Ok, the Irish too."
I was just 11 when the Canuck Buck was last so strong...I remember watching it start to nosedive, and feeling slightly depressed and/or worried about it, even though I was too young to understand why.
so i guess i should dig those Canadian pennies outta the drawer.... :)
